Orders
All cakes and cookies are baked fresh in limited batches. Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Because everything is made to order, we may limit daily slots to maintain quality and freshness.
Payments
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Full payment is required to secure your order. Once payment is confirmed, your baking slot is reserved.
Cancellations & Changes
Since we prepare everything fresh, we kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled baking date.
If baking has already started, we’re unable to offer refunds.
Delivery (Manila)
We deliver within Manila.
Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier delays. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Storage & Care
Our products are best enjoyed fresh.
• Cakes should be refrigerated if not consumed the same day.
• Cookies should be kept in a cool, dry place.
• For best quality, consume within the recommended timeframe provided.
